For all communities in UNIJIA, check-in time is between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the day of check-in, other times require special request. Check-out time is before 12:00 noon on the day of check-out. Additional charges will apply for early check-in and late check-out.
According to relevant Chinese laws, it is your legal obligation to declare your accommodation within 24 hours of arrival at your accommodation site, and it is also an important basis for your future application for a residence permit. UNIJIA staff will assist every international student in handling online self-service declarations, and after the declaration is successful, they will send the accommodation registration form to you.
Please inform UNIJIA staff of your check-out date at least 2 weeks in advance so that we can arrange for room inspection and refund of your deposit.
We understand that some students may not stay for the full contract period. Please give us at least two weeks' notice, and the rent for the remaining period will not be refunded.
