1. Energy fees (electricity: 1.5 CNY/kWh, water: 7.16 CNY/ton) are collected by the property management and are charged based on actual usage (internet fees are included).

2. UNIJIA Spring leasing period: February 10, 2025 - June 30, 2025, with the earliest check-in date being February 10.

Reservation starts from: November 10, 2024.

*Note: Tenants who check in after the package start date must pay the full rent.

The package you purchased is for a semester or academic year stay, and no refunds will be given for the remaining rent due to late check-ins or early check-outs.

3. On the day of check-in, a deposit (in RMB cash) must be paid, which is equivalent to one month's rent plus a prepayment of 2000 RMB for utilities (in RMB cash).

*Multiple payment methods are accepted: bank transfer, electronic remittance, and cash payment in RMB.

4. In the event of significant fluctuations in the US dollar exchange rate, UNIJIA has the right to settle in RMB and make up for the difference in housing rent or service fees.
