UNIJIA rooms can accommodate up to 2 people at a time. If you have booked a single room, you may invite a friend or family member to stay overnight. If you have booked a double room, you cannot invite friends or family to stay overnight, even if your roommate is not present. If you have visitors who need to stay overnight, please inform us and the community manager in advance, as we need to handle accommodation registration for overnight foreign visitors.
Please contact the UNIJIA team through WeChat or email to report any maintenance needs. Our maintenance team will log your reported situation and arrange for a technician to contact you within 48 hours to ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Maintaining a clean and tidy room will make your living experience more comfortable. We offer free loaner cleaning tools and also provide paid in-room cleaning services. You can contact and book with us according to your own needs.
